SaberBros stands behind the quality of every saber we sell. We want you to feel confident when ordering from us, knowing that real people are backing your purchase.

Lifetime Warranty — What We Cover

Every SaberBros saber is backed by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects and electronic failures, for as long as you own it. Covered issues include:

• Manufacturing defects present at time of delivery
• Soundboard/electronic failures under normal use (not caused by impact)
• Hilt hardware issues — buttons, switches, wiring connections

We'll make it right with replacement parts, repair guidance, or a replacement product depending on the situation.

What Is Not Covered

Because sabers are built for display, cosplay, and light dueling, the following are not covered under the Lifetime Warranty:

• Blade or electronics damage from dueling, sparring, or heavy contact
• Drops, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear over extended use

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful. We respond promptly and aim to resolve every claim fairly.
